3. Horse Race

There are various events in Harvest Moon Back to Nature like cooking contests, swimming contest, and horse racing. You can join the contest or bet to receive a medal that can be exchanged for other prizes. The horse racing event is one of the memorable events in the game.

4. Cooking Festival 

The cooking festival is held on day 22 of the spring season at 10.00 A.M. you can participate in this festival after you built a kitchen. It’s difficult to win the cooking festival since Doug, the Inn’s owner, always wins it. Have you won the cooking festival?

5. Fishing

The other memorable thing about this game is the fishing feature. To do so, you need a fishing rod. The fishing rod is obtained from Greg at the Mineral Beach, on Saturday/Sunday at 10.00 A.M/P.M. You will obtain the fishing rod when you have an empty slot on your bag.

The fish you caught can be placed in the pond at your farm. You can also put t in the fridge and sell it or use it as an ingredient to create Sashimi, Sushi, or Grilled Fish. You can also eat it raw.
