The nickname “Duo Zombie” or "Zombie Pair" in other media was originated from Kisame after he saw Hidan and Kakuzu having similar technique. Both ninjas have immortality techniques. Ironically, Hidan and Kakuzu hate each other.
Hidan didn’t interested to sacrifice Kakuzu for Jashin because he didn’t like him and also he thought that Kakuzu didn’t have the honor to be saved by Jashin. On the other hand, Kakuzu wanted to kill Hidan badly, but he couldn’t because he’s immortal just like him.
2. Jujutsu: Shiji Hyouketsu
Jujutsu or the cursed Jutsu called Shiji Hyouketsu is the only Jutsu mastered by Hidan. But this Jutsu is very dangerous. Hidan can control his victim’s body by only gulping a drip of the victim's blood - where he called it a curse. This curse also made his body turns into a Voodoo doll -- every damage he takes will also apply to the victim.
