How to Refund a Purchase in Wild Rift

It’s pretty simple to use the refund feature in Wild Rift as you just need to go to this link and log in to your Wild Rift account.

Once you’re logged in, you can access your purchase history on "Get My Order History". On this page, you just need to select the items you’d like to refund.

After you clicked the "Refund" button, you can log back into Wild Rift and look at the amount of Blue Cores and Wild Cores you have.

Terms and Conditions

The refund feature in Wild Rift is indeed useful for players. However, you can’t just willy nilly use this feature as there are only certain items that you can refund. What are those items? Here’s the list.

1. Only certain items can be refunded

Unfortunately, you can’t refund every item you’ve purchased. Take a look at the list below:

• Refundable items
• Currency (Wild Cores can be refunded as cash if you purchased them on Play Store or App Store)
• Champion
• Skin
• Recalls
• Baubles Emotes

• Non-refundable items
• Sent/Received Gifts
• Self/Team Boost
• Earned Content
• Chest/Bundle Content
• Poro Coin Content

2. The items were purchased no more than 14 days ago

The maximum time for making the refund is 14 days. If it’s longer than that, the items can’t be refunded. So, if you did buy the wrong items, make sure to make a refund immediately before you forgot about them.

3. The items were never used

If you want to make a refund of Champions or other items, you have to never use them after the purchase!

It’s still unclear why Riot Games enforces this rule since, in League PC, players are free to make refunds, especially for Champions -- even if they’ve used them.

And, this may be the hardest requirement for players to do for making refunds. What do you guys think? Does it need to be removed?
