A famous Ukrainian cosplayer, Karina, has allegedly suffered a tragic incident at Batubelig beach in Bali with her husband, a Chinese tourist. While surfing, they were swept away by a wave, leading to the death of Karina's husband.

In a search and rescue (SAR) operation conducted by a joint team of Basarnas Bali, the body of Karina's husband, a 34-year-old Chinese tourist with the initials XFJ, was found on Petitenget Beach, Badung. This incident occurred on Tuesday, November 7th 2023, at Batubelig Beach, Kerobokan Kelod Village, North Kuta District.

It is suspected that Karina, who was rescued by the local Balawista team, is currently undergoing treatment at a nearby clinic. The couple, who are husband and wife, were involved in the accident while swimming together. XFJ was swept away by the waves, while Karina was rescued.

XFJ was found lifeless after an intensive search. His body has been taken to the Prof. Ngoerah Central General Hospital in Denpasar. Meanwhile, Karina, after receiving medical treatment, is safe.

This incident has caused deep sorrow, especially for the cosplayer community and Karina's fans.
