Rockstar has released Update Notes 1.03 for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition. This update contains fixes for bugs and glitches in the game. This update is available for all platforms from next-gen, old-gen, to PC.

Judging from the information on the official website, Update Notes 1.03 contains very large improvements. Rockstar apparently not only improved the game as a whole but also its unity. Both Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City, and San Andreas each get fixes.

One of the fixes for a bug in Update Notes 1.03 that is unique is the fix for CJ's face in San Andreas while driving. This bug makes CJ's face block the player's view when looking back while driving. This bug is quite viral and has become a meme on the internet.
