Vale gets 1 stack of Windtalk every time he kills or gets an assist, increasing his Movement Speed by 8. This effect can stack up to 10 times.

Skill 1: Wind Blade

Vale releases two wind blades towards the left and right of the target area, each dealing Magic Damage of 250–450 (+80% Total Magic Power).

Skill 2: Windblow

Vale sends a vortex of wind towards the target, dealing 300–400 Magic Damage (+80% Total Magic Power) to enemies hit and knocking them into the air for 1 second.

Skill Ultimate: Windstorm
