In Weekly Shonen Jump issue #29, it’s mentioned that Vinsmoke Judge will be added as the third DLC character in One Piece Pirate Warriors 4. “Judge” will be available in the “Character Pack 1” DLC alongside Charlotte Cracker and Charlotte Smoothie.

There are still no details regarding the gameplay of Sanji’s biological father. There’s a possibility that the other Vinsmokes will become playable characters shortly. So, stay tuned for further info!
