Mortal Kombat 11 Is Pulled Out From Distribution in Indonesia, But Why?

Mortal Kombat 11 is famous for violence and gore has been pulled out from Indonesia, even though the release date is nearby.
Are you waiting for Mortal Kombat 11 on console or PC? Looks like you will be disappointed. It was decided by Warner Bros itself to pull Mortal Kombat 11 - form consoles and PC - pulled from distribution in Indonesia.
If you check on Steam, there’s no pre-order there. Whereas for PSN Region 3, you cannot access it. It is because due to Mortal Kombat 11 is forbidden to be sold in Indonesia since today. Although the release is just on the next week, April 23rd 2019.
The decision to pull off Mortal Kombat 11 is not only happened in Indonesia. Japan has already banned Mortal Kombat 11 from release. Followed by Ukraine to do the same thing. The reason is due to the violence and gore in this game.
Is the reason to ban Mortal Kombat 11 in Indonesia as the same as in other country? The official Twitter account for Warner Bros Game division, @WBGamesSupport, has said the same thing.
But, the speculation surged on the internet is different. A group of people have speculated that Skarlet’s DLC costume 'Kold War' has Soviet-themed, hinted ‘sickle and hammer’ image which is sensitive in Indonesia.
Until this moment, there are no further announcement from Warner Bros as the official publisher. What’s your opinion, guys?
