1. Water Seven (37 episodes)
Water Seven is the arc in which Franky is introduced. There is an emotional where the Straw Hat crew say goodbye to Going Merry due to the massive damage that makes it beyond repair.
In this arc, Usopp had time to leave the Straw Hats because he could not accept Luffy's decision to destroy the Going Merry. In the end Usopp, rejoined the Straw Hats after the crew received a new ship, the Sunny Go.
2. Arabasta (39 episodes)
Even though it's quite long, the Arabasta arc may not be boring because there are some pretty entertaining jokes. This is the beginning of Luffy's fight with a famous figure like Crocodile who is a Shichibukai.
At the end of this arc, Luffy gets a new friend, namely Nico Robin who he will really need to get to Laugh Tale. This is also the beginning of Luffy's big adventure after he got a bounty of 100 million Belly.
3. Skypiea (43 episodes)
The Skypiea or Sky Island arc shows how vast the world of One Piece is. Here, Robin explores the ruins and finds a poneglyph. We are also shown the story of the Sandia in the past with Noland who was accused of being a liar.
This arc is the first arc when Luffy had no trouble facing the main antagonist. This is because Luffy's rubber body is immune to Enel's lightning attacks.
4. Thriller Bark (45 episodes)
Thriller Bark is the arc where Luffy recruits Brook into his group. Here, Luffy is again confronted by one of the Shichibukai, Gecko Moria, who has the power of Kage Kage no Mi which can create an army of zombies.
This arc is quite boring at the beginning, but becomes quite interesting towards the end, especially during the final battle. At the end of this arc, there is a cool scene where Zoro shows his loyalty to Luffy by sacrificing his life.
5. Enies Lobby (46 episodes)
Enies Lobby is one of the best arcs in One Piece according to fans. This is because there is an emotional scene where Nico Robin gets a reason to live by being in the Straw Hats group.
Here, Luffy shows his two newest techniques, Gear Second and Gear Third to fight CP9. The saddest scene is of course when the Going Merry is burned by Luffy for not continuing to sail anymore.

Punk Hazard is the arc where Luffy makes an alliance with Trafalgar Law before finally defeating Doflamingo together. This is also where Luffy meets Kin'emon for the first time after the latter's body was scattered due to Law's ROOM.
What's interesting in this arc is that Luffy teamed up with Smoker to defeat Vergo. Punk Hazard is also the place where Akainu and Aokiji fought for the Fleet Admiral.
7. Fishman Island (51 episodes)
The early story on Fishman Island may be a bit boring. But at the climax, we see an interesting scene where the Straw Hat crew shows their abilities after training for 2 years.
What they showed back then was not their full power. This was because Hody Jones and his crew are not a threat to Luffy and his friends at all. Luffy also unleashes Haoshoku Haki which defeats 50,000 opponents for the first time.
8. Whole Cake Island (95 episodes)
In this arc, Luffy fights against a Yonko for the first time, Big Mom. Not only that, the dangerous crew that Big Mom has also chase Luffy and his friends for interrupting Sanji and Pudding's wedding.
Here, we are also shown the story of Sanji's childhood who was bullied by his siblings for being different. Although a bit boring, the ending of this arc looks interesting.
9. Dressrosa (118 episodes)
Dressrosa is one of the longest arcs in One Piece where Luffy disguised himself to enter the Corrida Colosseum with the aim of getting the Mera Mera no Mi. With more than 100 episodes, you might be bored to see this arc fully.
Like other arcs, the ending of the Dressrosa arc is worth watching. How Luffy was able to defeat Doflamingo and also a touching meeting between Luffy and Sabo who he thought was dead.
10. Wano (more than 133 episodes)
Wano is the longest arc in One Piece so far, which was initially very boring according to us. The story becomes interesting since Oden's flashback is shown. This arc became even more interesting after Luffy and his friends arrived on Onigashima to defeat Kaido.
Not alone, Luffy was assisted by Kid and Law during the fight against Kaido. For those who haven't read the manga, there will be a surprise at the end of this arc. Although it may be boring at the beginning, you have to watch this Wano arc to the end.
