10 Easter Eggs That You Can Find In Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 is officially released for console and PC.after 7 years of waiting, gamers can finally play the game developed by CD Projekt. Despite the bugs and issues during the gameplay, Cyberpunk 2077 offers something new. After being released for a couple of days, it’s only right if we start talking about the easter eggs that you can find in the game. Gamers start to find several easter eggs scattered around in Cyberpunk 2077. What are they? See the list below to find out.
1. Hideo Kojima Cameo
No one expected that Hideo Kojima will have a came in Cyberpunk 2077. Hideo Kojima will appear in one of the corners of a hotel bar talking with another NPC. Interestingly, the Hideo Kojima character can also speak Japanese. Players can interact with the character named Oshima.
2. Bridge Baby (BB) - Death Stranding
Besides Hideo Kojima himself, one of his works is also featured in Cyberpunk 2077, Bridge Baby (BB) from Deathstranding. The BB easter egg can be found during a quest called The Hunt inside an eerie laboratory. It’s explained that BB has the ability to detect BTs (Beached Things)
3. GlaDos - Portal
Players can also hear the GlaDos voiceover from Portal. The robotic voice can be heard when chasing a taxi in the quest named Epistrophy during the Coastview mission. After locating the taxi it will talk to the player while walking toward the trap location.
4. GTA: San Andreas Reference
The players can find a GTA: San Andreas easter egg near a train tunnel in Cyberpunk 2077. Near the tunnel, the player will find two bodies and a conversation log between JC and Little Smoke. The conversation is a reference to the Wrong Side of the Tracks from GTA San Andreas. The log also records Big Smoke’s legendary sentence "All you had to do was follow the damn train, JC!".
5. Half Life 3 Released in 2077
Half Life 3 is one of the most anticipated games by gamers. But it seems like the game developed by Valve is going to be released in 2077. Gamers can find a data log of a game review titled No Life 3 - a nod to Half Life 3 that’s pretty much still in the dungeon. Hilariously, the log opens with a sentence that said that No Life 3 has been developed for 50 years and finally released in 2077.

6. Film The Matrix Reference
If you watched The Matrix (1999), then you are familiar with the scene where Neo (Keanu Reeves) had to choose between taking the blue pill or the red pill from Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne). In Cyberpunk 2077, the player will face an identical scene where Vi will be offered to pick the blue pill or the red pill by an NPC.
7. Batmobile
Are you bored with normal cars? The players can find an awesome car in one of the hidden locations. The car is inspired by Batmobile. Because the design and features are similar to the Batmobile. There’s also a reference to the story of Batman that explained that the car was owned by Murk Man, a mysterious hero of Night City.
8. Ciri - The Witcher
Cyberpunk 2077 has several easter eggs from The Witcher franchise. One of the easter eggs the players can find is Ciri that is featured in a magazine found behind a drawer. The player will find the magazine by opening a drawer on the desk during the early gameplay.
9. Photos of the Developers
In Kubuki Market, there’s a secret room that can be accessed by entering a code from the messages that CD Projekt sent. Accessing the room, the player will find the photos of CD Projekt staff shown on the huge screen.
10. Kabayan Foods
One of the most popular Cyberpunk 2077 easter egg in Indonesia is a restaurant called Kabayan Foods. You can find the restaurant in the corner of Watson district, Night City, the name of the restaurant is from a figure from Sundanese folklore. However, Kabayan Foods in Cyberpunk 2077 is a reference to a restaurant from the Philippines.
