Who has never heard of Among Us? The game developed by Innersloth is so popular that a lot of people are playing the game. Especially now that the game supports the cross-play feature that allows PC players to play with mobile users. The combination helped Among Us beat games like Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockouts and Fortnite.

Every player will have a role of their own and there’s one Mafia in disguise and can kill anyone. The task here is to find the Mafia and confince other players to kill the Mafia.

3. Barotrauma

Barotrauma is a medical term for injuries caused by increased air or water pressure. In the game, you have to survive living in a submarine for 15 minutes with 15 other players and every player has to work together to keep the submarine working. The problem is, there’s a traitor that will try to sink the submarine using any means necessary, including killing a player. Besides figuring out who is the traitor, the players have to survive against the creatures from the deep sea.

4. Project Winter

Project Winter is a Survival Co-op game similar to Frostpunk. But instead of focusing on the building aspect, the players  got to collect resources, repair things, and complete an objective task that will get them to the end of the game. However, two out of the eight players (maybe you) will crush the hope of the rest. These two players will kill or betray while blending in with other players for survival.

5. Enemy on Board

Enemy on Board is another game similar to Among Us. The game involves six players working as a spaceship crew. But two aliens are in a disguise pretending to a crew. The two parties will kill each other and the party to have all members eliminated is the loser. It may sound easy, but you have to make a guess who are the aliens. Excitingly, the aliens got a special ability when they are near the human crews.

6. Deceit

Deceit is a survival game released in 2018. The game is an FPS survival game where six players will live in a small environment. Here the players got different tasks depending on their role. There are two fates for the players when the game started. Innocent or Infected.

7. Secret Neighbor

Secret Neighbor is a game like Identity V, where you and other players have to work together to kill a player playing as the bad guy. At the start of the game, the players will play as kids whose purpose is to save their friend trapped in a big house. But one of the kids is a man that will catch and kidnap you one by one. When all the kids are caught, the game is over.

8. Garry's Mod

If you spend a lot of time playing Among Us, you should try Garry’s Mod that got a game mode called Trouble in Terrorist Town. but don’t let the game’s age trick you. The game will mkae your sin pile up because you will never know who to believe. Playing in a first-person perspective like Counter-Strike, the players are split into Innocent, Detective, and Traitor. Where the Innoncent and Detective have to work together to find the Traitor pretending to be the Innocent.

9. Werewolf Online

Werewolf Online is the most popular game of this genre where two sides, villagers and wolves, will work within a team to beat the other team. Every player got a role. At night, the wolves will kill a villager, and every morning, the villagers are given one minute to discuss and 30 seconds to vote the most suspicious player.

10. The Escapists 2

The final game on the list is The Escapist 2 that got the same gameplay mechanism as the first game. In the game, you are playing as an inmate of a highly guarded prison, the players are given resources to make an escape. But it’s not that easy because you need the right strategy to escape.

You can sneak into other holding cell, steal their belonging, or even recruit other inmates to form an alliance. After collecting the necessary item to run, you have to betray them and escape from the prison alone.
