6. Archangel Ludociel

7. N’Doul

He's one of the characters from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure who never opens his eyes. During the Stardust Crusaders arc, Jotaro Kujo and company arrived in Egypt. Upon their arrival, they were attacked by deadly Stand users at the Sahara sandhill.

N'Doul is a Stand user who relies on sound to track and attack Jotaro and members of the Speedwagon Foundation. Jotaro used Iggy to confuse N'Doul's hearing sense so he could defeat him.

Yahaba is a demon in Kimetsu no Yaiba whose appearance is based on creatures from Japanese mythology. Yahaba closes his eyes all the time. However, he uses the third eye in his hand to track his enemies and use his supernatural abilities. Tanjiro was seen struggling when fighting against him.

9. Yuriko Nishinotouin

The next anime character whose eyes are always closed is Yuriko from Kakegurui. Yuriko is elegantly dressed in a kimono and is a member of the traditional culture research club of Hyakkou Academy, and she is also a student council member.
