3. Boa Hancock

Boa Hancock is one of the women who is confirmed of mastering Haoshoku Haki. Added with the Mero Mero no Mi’s abilities, she is one of the strongest female characters in One Piece. So far, maybe only Big Mom - another female character in the series who is stronger than her.

4. Charlotte Katakuri

5. Monkey D. Luffy

Our hero is one of the overpowered characters in One Piece because of his crazy development. Luffy's Haoshoku Haki first appeared when he fought Boa Hancock's two younger siblings by accident. After that, he returned to show it at the Marineford war when he wanted to save Ace.

Luffy mastered all three types of Haki after he trained with Rayleigh for 2 years. Luffy's Haoshoku Haki mastery is very good, especially as shown in the Whole Cake Island arc when he fought Katakuri.

6. Sengoku

7. Big Mom

8. Silver Rayleigh
