In animes, we usually said the rival of the hero as a villain or the bad guy, and the villain is the one who can make the hero and friends overwhelmed, but not like these ten ‘anime villains’. Indeed, their job is often disturbing the hero, but they can be said as useless because they don’t provide any challenge.

9. Emperor Pilaf – Dragon Ball

Pilaf is one of the first villains in Dragon Ball series. His skill in creating robots can indeed impress Bulma. But, if compared to other villains in the series, Emperor Pilaf is undoubtedly on the lowest tier.

8. Gato – Naruto

Gato is the director of Gato Delivery Service. Behind his role as the president director, ha also involves smuggling. As a villain, he doesn’t have superpowers, even has a large sum of money can’t help. It’s possible if Gato considered as the least loved villains by Naruto fans.

7. Haga Insector – Yu-Gi-Oh!

He is one of many opponents who fights Yugi and Jounichi. Using insect-type deck, he loses to Jounichi, who at that time still a newbie.

6. Jadeite – Sailor Moon

Jadeite is a villain in Sailor Moon series who mastered in disguise. Even though he’s a master of his field, his tricks always fail. He fails because he always underestimates our superheroines. It seems that he never learns from his mistakes.

5. Tobigera – Outlaw Star

Outlaw Star is a 90s anime with a space theme. One of the villains in this series is Tobigera. Tobigera using a mask and sharp claws, judging by his looks, viewers often see him as a formidable (at least memorable) villain. But he’s very unlucky and easy to trap. Even though the main character doesn’t recognize if he’s nearby.

4. Wanze – One Piece

One Piece fans maybe forget this villain and suddenly remember after seeing his picture above. Wanze fights with noddles as his primary weapon. But Sanji manages to defeat him until his face is unrecognizable.

3. Jiggle Butt Gang – Fairy Tail

Hence the name, this gang is created for a comedic purpose only. This gang only appears in Fairy Tail anime Episode 126. Jiggle Butt gang comes to disturb Natsu and others, kidnapping Wendy, interrupted by Natsu, and then punched to the sky and never heard again since then.

2. Hody Jones – One Piece

Even though Usopp says that Hody Jones is stronger than Arlong, but in reality, he isn’t. Hody Jones’ strength comes from his hatred towards humans, but it’s not comparable to his fight with Strawhat Pirates.

1. Garlic Junior – Dragon Ball

This anime villain manages to gain immortality, can transform into a buffy monster, and defeat Kami, Goku, and Piccolo. But, he easily defeated by Goku and Piccolo after taking off their weight suits; even though Garlic Junior has immortality. Very useless.
