Here are Valentina’s strengths and weaknesses in Mobile Legends that you should check out. Make sure to take a look at this list if you want to main her
Mobile Legends | 24 November
Valentina is the newest Mage in Mobile Legends that will be released this November. Since she’s still new in the game, you probably have problems getting a grasp of this hero. For those who are planning on maining this Valentina in Ranked Matches, you might want to check out her strengths and weaknesses in this article to get a better picture of the best playstyle for her.
So, what are Valentina’s strengths and weaknesses in Mobile Legends? Without further ado, let’s get into it!
Pros
Has a Unique, Game-Changing Ultimate
Valentina’s I Am You allows you to steal an opponent’s Ultimate. Therefore, Valentina can use different Ultimate moves in fights. This skill is certainly useful for Valentina and her allies, especially if you manage to steal the most impactful Ultimate to be used in fights.
High Damage
Since she’s a Mage, Valentina can dish out a tremendous amount of damage on her opponents. Although the burst isn’t that crazy, the short cooldown allows you to spam her skills, poking them from afar for your Carry to finish.
Highly Dominant During the Laning Phase and in Team Fights
Usually, Mages tend to dominate just in team fights and are lacking during the laning phase. However, it’s not the case for Valentina as this hero can dominate in both situations due to her great poke abilities, which help her outmatch her opponent.
Valentina can also bring a huge impact in team fights with her I Am You, which allows her to steal an opponent’s Ultimate.
High Regen
Another strength Valentina has is her incredible HP regen from her Passive. If the target’s level isn’t higher than Valentina’s, 60% of the damage inflicted will be converted to her HP.
Decent Difficulty
Although it may seem like she’s a difficult hero to master, Valentina is a rather straightforward hero with simple skills. You just need to understand your opponents’ Ultimate moves, so that you’ll know which one you’ll need to steal.

Cons
Mana-Reliant
As a Mage with low cooldowns who requires you to spam her skills, Valentina relies heavily on her Mana. Therefore, she’ll need to get items like Enchanted Talisman to overcome this.
Weak in the Early Game
It’s no secret that most Mages, including Valentina, are quite weak in the early game. So, you’ll need to complete at least two of her core items before engaging in fights.
Has a Rather Complicated Combo
Although she’s quite easy to master, Valentina has a combo that is quite hard to pull off. You have to be able to use her Shadow Strike and Arcane Shade perfectly to really unlock her potentials
Sub-Par Defense
Mages like Valentina suffer from having terrible Defense. Valentina’s HP and Defense are similarly low, making her an easy target for the opposing team.
Highly Susceptible To Burst Damage
Due to her low HP and Defense, Valentina will find it difficult dealing with opponents with high burst damage. She can be one-shot killed if she has no Defense item.
