Even Peter Parker and Quentin Beck act together in the face of a formidable foe.
But over time, Quentin Beck, otherwise known as Mysterio, turned evil and lied to Peter Parker. It turns out that the friendship that had been forged with Peter was only done to manipulate him.

Although their meeting was brief, Gwen found a way to cross dimensions and see her best friend once again.

Finally, the best friendship moment in Spider-Man is between Peter Parker (Tom Holland) and Ned Leeds (Jacob Batalon). Even the relationship between these two friends is considered better by Marvel fans than Peter Parker's friendship with Sam Raimi's version of Harry Osborn. Ned becomes Peter's best friend and the first person to know his secret. Of course, Ned thought it was great and even offered to be "the man in the chair" to help Peter.
Ned was always by Peter's side at every opportunity and always acted to support what his best friend was doing. From building LEGO Death Stars, stealing cars, to working together against criminals. Ned and Peter did it like a very solid team.
