Muslims around the world are celebrating Eid al-Adha 1442 Hijri which falls on July 19-20 2021. This holiday is identical to the tradition of slaughtering sacrificial (qurban) animals such as cows and sheep, here are 14 Pokemon that look like sacrificial animals!

Miltank

Miltank is a Pokemon in the form of a pink and black cow. This Normal-type Pokemon was first introduced in the second generation (Johto) as the mainstay Pokemon of the Goldenrod Gym leader, Whitney.

Uniquely, Miltank is one of the few Pokemon that is available as a female, supported by her signature move called "Milk Drink".

Tauros

Shaped like a buffalo, Tauros is said to be the partner of Miltank. In the Pokemon universe, there is only a female Miltank, in contrast, Tauros only has a male version.

Tauros was first introduced in the first generation (Kanto) as a barbarian Pokemon that will headbutt any trainer on sight. Tauros in Alola are calmer, while those in Galar are more violent.

Mareep, Flaaffy, and Ampharos

Mareep is an electric sheep Pokemon that you can find in the Johto region. Having a blue body covered in soft white fur, this adorable sheep will turn into Flaaffy at level 15 and Ampharos at level 30.

As a Flaaffy, its body color will turn pink. Flaaffy walks on two legs and her fur only covers the upper body.

Mareep's final evolution form, Ampharos, doesn't look like a sheep anymore. Its soft white fur has completely disappeared, and its body color turns yellow. On the other hand, Mega Ampharos looks more like a sheep thanks to its furry tail and white hair.

Wooloo and Dubwool

Similar to Mareep, Wooloo is also a sheep, but from the Galar region of the eighth generation Pokemon. When compared to Mareep, Wooloo has thicker fur that covers its brown body.

Wooloo's fur becomes thicker as it transforms into Dubwool at level 24. It grows gray fur around its neck, as well as a pair of large horns on its head.

Whimsicott

Another sheep-like Pokemon is Whimsicott. Although often mistaken for a sheep, this Pokemon is inspired by a ball of cotton. This is because Whimsicott has white fur that is soft and thick and a pair of green horns on the head that looks like a sheep.

Numel and Camerupt

Numel is a camel-shaped Pokemon, but funny enough, it is afraid of water. Classified as a Fire and Ground-type, Numel stores lava in the hump.

When it evolves into Camerupt at level 33, the body of this Hoenn Pokemon grows to be very large and the number of humps also increases. Camerupt can evolve into Mega Camerupt which resembles a moving volcano.

Skiddo and Gogoat

Due to its small antlers, Skiddo looks more like a small deer than a goat, but this Pokemon is inspired by a goat. After evolving into Gogoat, the horns of this Kalos Pokemon have become longer and more pointed, making them look more like goats.

Bouffalant

Many refer to Bouffalant as an "afro Tauros". Yes, this Unova buffalo has the same body color as Tauros, but with more robust body size, larger horns, and thick afro hair.

Just like Tauros, Bouffalant is a territorial Pokemon that will ram anyone who enters its territory. Uniquely, he will not attack Pokemon or trainers with afro hair.

Indeedee

Another goat-shapedPokemon, Indeedee, is known as a loving Pokemon who partnered with Nurse Joy on the Galar version. Male and female Indeedee have different appearances — the male Indeedee's horns pointing up, while the female Indeedee's horns pointing down.
