They were also accused of violating Japan's Copyright Law by photographing and copying images from last month's magazine using mobile phones.

The investigation found that the suspects purchased the magazine before its official release date at a bookstore in Tokyo in order to carry out the act of spreading this early leak. Police suspect that there are other people involved in this illegal activity and are conducting further investigations.
