Survivors worldwide are shocked with a trailer video of the latest awakening character in Free Fire, Hayato Firebrand, that uploaded on Garena’s Free Fire’s official YouTube channel. The 4 minutes video shows Hayato’s journey onto reaching the awakening phase. Not only showing a swordfight like those of in animes, but there are also plenty of interesting facts that you can see on this trailer.

Here are four facts we have gathered about the Hayato Firebrand trailer video!

1. Hayato’s Robotic Arm Origin Revealed

As we all know, Hayato’s left arm is not his real arm, but instead a prosthetic, mechanical arm. What happens to his arm and who creates it?

In this trailer video, it is revealed that Hayato lost his left arm due to a severe wound when he was having a sword practice with his father. His father created a robotic arm as well as serving as Hayato’s new arm. On the other hand, as a descendant of a samurai clan, he still couldn’t believe the tragedy he got. For years, he remembered his dark past. According to him, losing an arm makes him very weak.

2. Is Moco Hayato’s Girlfriend?

On the trailer video, we can see Hayato Firebrand taking a mission with Kelly and Moco. They have impressive coordination and taking care of each other.

At the end of the video, it is seen that Hayato considers the two as the dearest persons that he wants to protect. Due to his will to protect the two, Hayato is determined to forget his past and manage to enter the awakening state. Kelly herself is Hayato’s sister, then what about Moco? Looking at the two’s interaction in this video, it can be assumed that Moco is Hayato’s girlfriend.

3. Hayato’s New Skill: Art of Blades

At the beginning of the video, Hayato appears as a normal character that is yet to experience an awakening. He still wears his red suit complete with his red sword.

Entering the video’s climax, Hayato enters the awakening phase to protect those who dear to him. He turns into Hayato Firebrand and is equipped with two swords. Hayato also shows his new skill called Art of Blades, to deflect the giant robot’s attack and destroys it. Similar to the in-game appearance, Hayato Firebrand’s skill can hold incoming attacks that coming from the front for a few seconds.

4. Moco Will be The Next Character to Have Awakening Skill?

For those who have watched Kelly The Swift trailer video, you realize that Hayato appears on the video. It’s unknown if it’s coincidence or planned, Hayato becomes the next character to have an awakening skill right after Kelly. With the appearance of Moco in this trailer, Moco may be the next character to have an awakening phase.
