Recently, Genshin Impact revealed several pictures of the upcoming new characters on its official social media account. There will be four new characters to be added. However, the release dates for these characters are yet to be announced.

1. Yoimiya (Pyro)

Yoimiya is a talented pyrotechnician from Inazuma, who’s also the owner of Naganohara Fireworks. There isn’t a single person in Inazuma who doesn’t know Yoimiya. All of the annual events in Inazuma use Yoimiya’s firework displays.

Yoimiya has a childlike innocence and is often found playing simple yet timeless games with children or accompanying them to find shiny trinkets and toys. The purity of children brings her unparalleled joy.

2. Kaedehara Kazuha (Anemo)

Next up, we have Kazuha, a wandering samurai from Inazuma with a modest and gentle personality. Beneath a youthful and carefree demeanor lies a heart that hides a great many burdens from the past.

Despite the wilderness being his home, he never worries about the impending rain or storm -- on the contrary, it is as if rainstorms are afraid of him as they do not dare to cross his path.

3. Kamisato Ayaka (Cryo)

Ayaka is a poised, graceful, and virtuous member of the Kamisato Clan. A kind-hearted girl with a pleasant temperament who treats others with politeness and courtesy.

Ayaka is also a serious person who always tries to do everything perfectly. Moved by her dedication, people around her gave her the title of Shirasaki Himegimi.

Every time they talk about Ayaka, they talk with sincere admiration. Ayaka was raised with a good upbringing, which molded her into a pure-hearted person.

Ayaka isn’t just poised and charming, but she’s also sweet and warm.

4. Sayu (Anemo)

Last but not least, we have Sayu, a ninja associated with Shiyuumatsu-Ban. Her petite figure makes Sayu an agile ninja. When it comes to her height, Sayu stopped growing a long time ago, long enough that she feels like she is trapped in a dream where time has stopped.

“Why aren't I growing taller? Am I not getting enough sleep?” asks the pint-sized ninja from her sleep, before drifts off to sleep again.

Sayu firmly believes that sleep can replenish all her energy and help her grow taller. To live by this principle and have as much time to nap as possible, she honed her ninjutsu to perfection.

Fleeing, hiding, transforming, Sayu has mastered all of the techniques.
