Onoda Sakamichi is a 10th grader who has a talent for cycling. He rides a “Mama Chari” on hilly roads from time to time.

After meeting Imaizumi Shunsuke, Onoda is made aware of his talent and decides to join his school’s cycling club. Later on, they will face many great cyclists from other schools. They share a dream of becoming the champions in the Inter-High, the most prestigious high school cycling championship in Japan.
