There are many first-person shooter (FPS) games on Android that you can play today, one of them is Call of Duty Mobile. The game from Garena is trending in Indonesia because it offers something unique.
Not just the gameplay, but using the Call of Duty franchise also attracts veteran gamers to play the game. Besides the Battle Royale mode, CoD Mobile also has a Team Deathmatch mode that is awesome.
It seems like in 2021 there will be new FPS games on Android. Although still kept as a secret rumors about those games have been circulating. What are those games? See the full list below to find out.
1. Project Gamma
Project Gamma is an FPS game developed by a small team. Via its official Twitter account, Project Gamma is still under development and gives out limited Alpha Test access via Discord. Visually, Project Gamma may remind you of Battlefield 4. Looking at the gameplay teaser on YouTube, the FPS game looks really promising.
2. Area F2
Area F2 was trending in 2020. Since the game developed under Alibaba shows tactical shooter gameplay like Rainbow Six: Siege. Sadly, Area F2 was pulled out because of the plagiarizing accussation. The game contributes to the development of games such as Fortnite mobile and CoD Mobile.
Via an announcement, Area F2 announced that it will stop its service in May 2020. Still, developer Ejoy reveals that they will improve Area F2 to present a better gaming experience. Meaning, the game may appear again under a different name.

3. Valorant Mobile
Valorant is still one of the top FPS games on PC. The FPS game from Riot also has a surprise. Joe Ziegler as the Director of Valorant stated that Riot is open to release the game to other platforms.
Especially in the latest 1.08 patch data miner found an interface string code for mobile platform that states "action to perform when double tapping on the right side of the screen".
This leads to fans believing that Riot will release a mobile version of Valorant. Still, Riot has yet to confirm anything about Valorant Mobile. Let’s wait for the good news.
4. Apex Legends Mobile
In October 2020, EA Games as the publisher of Apex Legends officially announced that the Battle Royale game will be coming to mobile platform (Apex Legends Mobile) in 2021 -- 30 September 2021 at the latest.
Apex Legends was released on 4 February 2019 and successfully garner fans and compete against other Battle Royale games such as Fortnite and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
EA Executive, Andrew Wilson, claimed that the success of Apex Legends in reaching 70 million players on 30 October 2019 made EA enthusiastic to release the game to mobile platform.
5. Ace Force
In March 2019, Tencent announced a new game titled Ace Force during Tencent UP 2019. The game attracts the attention of mobile games across the globe since it’s a First-Person Shooter (FPS) game like Overwatch.
Ace Force is already available in China. Unfortunately, there’s no information about the global release.
Ace Force is developed by MoreFun Studio Group, one of the developers under Tencent. Despite no official statement from Tencent, Ace Force does look like Overwatch. The only difference is the anime visual that is the main selling point of the game.
Let’s hope that Tencent will release Ace Force globally in 2021.
