There are a ton of anime airing and it comes with a lot of characters and every character is unique. There are cool, handsome, beautiful, cute, and even evil and horrifying characters.

Out of all characters in anime, some are considered useless by the fans.  Because many fans consider them useless, they often become a bullying target. Who are they?

5. Orihime Inoue - Bleach

With an ability to summon spirits harboring her hairpin doesn’t save Orihime from being bullied by the fans -- especially when she made her debut she was kidnapped and needs to be saved.

Her healing and defense is can’t help against her enemies as the story passes that it makes her almost irrelevant and bullied by the fans.

4. Lucy Heartfilia - Fairy Tail

Another female character that’s often bullied for being useless. She is a Celestial Spirit that can summon the strongest Zodiac Spirit, but other than that Lucy doesn’t have a lot going and often rely on her friends to save her.

3. Leorio - Hunter x Hunter

Leorio always dresses sleek and he is kind to others, but his lack of role in Hunter X Hunter and the amount of time required for him to learn Nen made many fans consider him useless. Some even think that he causes the group to almost fail the Hunter Test.

2. Sakura Haruno - Naruto

Similar to Orihime, Sakura at the beginning doesn’t stand out. Although she finally becomes the mentee of Tsunade and gains more ability, toward the end of the fourth Shinobi World War Sakura returns to being useless -- Sasuke doesn’t even bother to attend to her when fighting Kaguya!

Even after having her heart torn to pieces by Sasuke, in the end, they get married. Hmmm, it seems like Sakura loves the pain.

1. Yamcha - Dragon Ball

At first place is the Wolf Fang Fist Master, Yamcha! Not only he is useless and doesn’t have a crucial part when he first appeared in Dragon Ball, but Yamcha also becomes a target of bullying in Dragon Ball Z when he lost to Saibaman easily.

Not to mention Bulma, the girl he liked, ended up marrying Vegeta. Since then Yamcha always becomes a joke in the Dragon Ball community.
