Eren is the main character in Attack on Titan, and many people attempt to kill him throughout the series. At the beginning of the story, most of Paradis' enemies and those who are afraid of Eren's titan skills want him dead. At the end of the series, he instead becomes the antagonist, and many of his comrades fight him. Despite the fact that so many characters wanted him dead, most of those who tried to stop him had failed.

5. Reiner

When Reiner finds out that Eren is the Founding Titan he wants to bring to Marley, then he thinks he can convince his friends to help him and reveal his identity as the Armored Titan. Desperate, Rod transforms himself into a titan and attacks his own people, causing Historia, Eren, and their companions to kill him.

3. Lara

Eren killed Lala's brother Willy and many others around her when she and her family went to Marley to tell the world the truth about the Great Titan War. Lara fought Eren but couldn't beat him. He builds a crystal around his body using a hardening skill, which Eren is able to shatter with the teeth of Porco's Jaw Titan. He then eats Lara and gains her abilities.

2. Porco

Porco was humiliated because Eren had manipulated him into inheriting the War Hammer Titan. He had wanted to prove to Marley for years that he was worthy of being one of his soldiers, and he felt that he could do so if he could defeat Eren and the Survey Corps. Porco teams up with Reiner to fight Eren when Marley attacks Paradis. During the battle, Zeke turns all the Eldians who drink his spinal fluid into giants, including Falco, who ends up eating Porco shortly after.

1. Jean

Jean and Eren were enemies for years before they became friends. Regardless of how close they were and how much they helped each other, Jean knew she had to face Eren when Rumbling started. After being attacked, Pieck must explode Eren's neck. As he did so, he reflected on how he had always referred to Eren as a "suicide idiot." Eren survives despite having his head chopped off from the Source of All Living Matter, which Reiner then fights.
