In this series, Eddie is a failed journalist with a grudge against Peter Parker. At first, he was a frightening opponent for Spider-Man. But then he fell in love with Doctor Ashley Kafka. Venom eventually switches sides, sacrificing himself to save the doctor and defeat Carnage.

2. Loki – Avengers Assemble

The MCU's portrayal of Loki, done so well by Tom Hiddleston, has earned the character a lot of fans. Then this spread to the animated version when Loki became one of the characters in Avengers Assemble.

In this series, his rivalry with Thor is still very strong, but he also seems to care about his family. He and Thor even managed to work together during Secret Wars which probably wouldn't have been won without Loki.

3. The Enchantress - Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes

The strongest wizard in the Nine Realms, Amora the Enchantress is the main villain in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. A master of manipulation, she uses other villains such as Loki or Baron Zemo as her puppets in her quest for power. Her actions did not always work in her favour, as hse was briefly possessed by Surtur and turned into one of his generals.

4. The Winter Soldier – Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes

At EMH, Bucky Barnes first appeared as a sidekick to Captain America. He helps Steve during his infiltration of the Red Skull's Fortress. In reality, he was found by Hydra and brainwashed into becoming The Winter Soldier.

A highly skilled assassin and spy, The Winter Soldier gets involved in the mission that turns General Thaddeus Ross into the Red Hulk. He defied the Avengers on more than one occasion until he was finally able to free himself from Hydra's brainwashing.

5. Deadpool – Ultimate Spider-Man

Deadpool is a character that appears quite often in animated movies or Marvel comics. He once joined Spider-Man to fight Taskmaster who then betrayed Spider-Man.

Deadpool's goal is to get a drive containing the real names of each SHIELD agent. Spider-Man managed to stop him, but Deadpool's quirky personality and unique background kept him likable despite his betrayal.
