The Esports scene in Indonesia has grown rapidly. Some of the Esports teams in Indonesia have even made their success Internationally.

Of the many Esports teams that have been making their names domestically, some of them have already been well-recognized overseas.

Even more so, some of these teams even have their own affiliated teams in certain countries.

Who are these globally-known Indonesian Esports teams? Well, without further ado, let’s just get straight into it!

Indonesian Esports Teams with Global Presence

1. BOOM Esports

First off, let’s start with BOOM Esports, an Esports team from Indonesia that was established last year.

Stands for “Beast On Our Minds”, BOOM Esports carries a mission to get the best Indonesian Esports athletes and unleash the beasts within them to dominate the international Esports scene.

There are many divisions of BOOM Esports, such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive; DotA 2; Free Fire; Hearthstone; PUBG Mobile; Auto Chess; and Valorant.

For those who are familiar with the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive or DotA 2 scenes, you might have seen how dominant BOOM Esports is in the international stage.

2. EVOS Esports

Next, we got an Esports team that has made quite a lot of appearances in the international scene, EVOS Esports.

The “White Tiger” has participated in numerous international tournaments, making them a feared team with their excellent plays.

EVOS Esports also has various game divisions, such as Mobile Legends; Free Fire; Arena of Valor; Realm of Valor; PUBG Mobile; and Point Blank.

In Mobile Legends, EVOS is such a dominant presence in the South East Asian Esports scene, as they have won the Mobile Legends World Championship M1 back in 2019.

3. Rex Regum Qeon

Rex Regum Qeon, commonly known as RRQ, is an Indonesian Esports team that is quite respected in South East Asia.

RRQ is a professional Esports team established in 2013. Currently, Team RRQ has 6 game divisions, such as Mobile Legends; PUBG Mobile; Free Fire; Call of Duty Mobile; Fortnite; and FIFA.

4. Bigetron Esports

Bigetron Esports is an Esports team from Indonesia with a strong presence in various Esports games. They are the PUBG Mobile world champion in the PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO) Fall Split Global Finals 2019.

For now, Bigetron has 5 game divisions, PUBG Mobile; Mobile Legends; Free Fire; Call of Duty Mobile; and League of Legends.

5. Aerowolf

Lastly, there’s Aerowolf. Aerowolf is a local Esports team that has competed in numerous tournaments, both mobile and PC games like PUBG.
