Tokyo Revengers, which is inspired by the work of Ken Wakui of the same title, is really fun to follow because it tells the story of gang delinquency with science fiction elements such as time traveling. The story focuses on Tokyo Manji that is led by Manjiro Sano who is known for his technique called the Nuclear Kick.

1. The Name is Inspired By a Powerful Bomb Explosion
Hearing the technique's name, people will automatically think of the most powerful bomb ever created, the nuclear bomb.
The high kick can take down anyone in an explosive manner that’s similar to a nuclear explosion.
2. A High Kick Similar to a Taekwondo Kick
Manjiro Sano had been training in his grandfather’s dojo since he was young allowing him to perfect his Nuclear Kick. He learned many techniques in the dojo, including a high kick from Taekwondo.
In Taekwondo, Mikey’s Nuclear Kick is called Balchagi or Naeryo Chagi, a kick that stretches the user that also hooks behind the opponent’s head.
3. Osanai from Moebius is One of Its Victims
Manjiro Sano got a lot of enemies and few of them had tasted the Nuclear Kick. One of the victims is Osanai, the leader of Moebius. Moebius interrupted the meeting of Tokyo Manji so Mikey joined the fight immediately.
Osanai, who learned boxing, easily took down Pahchin, Tokyo Manji’s 3rd division captain. Mikey immediately avenged his men by unleashing the Nuclear Kick to take down Osanai.

4. The Kick was Blocked by Hanma Shuji
Defeating Osanai in one kick just adds to the legendary tale of the Invincible Mikey. But Pahchin then stabbed Osanai, leading the fight into a massive brawl between Moebius and Tokyo Manji on a rainy day on August 3, 2005.
Osanai was absent and was replaced by Hanma Shuji. Hanma’s first appearance made him look overpowered as he was able to block Mikey’s Nuclear kick with his arm.
5. The Kick can Lift People Up
Manjiro Sano in his enraged state during the mass brawl between Tokyo Manji and Valhalla was unstoppable, even against 3 people. Hanemiya Kazutora was beating Mikey with a steel pipe, triggering his memory of his brother who was killed by Kazutora.
Chome, who was holding Mikey’s body from behind, was dropped by Mikey. Another Valhalla’s captain named Chonbo was lifted to the air when Mikey unleashed the Nuclear Kick to hit Kazutora. A Triple Kill!
6. Finally Took Down Hanma Shuji in the Brawl
Despite the greatness of Hanma Shuji who was nicknamed Zombie, he was no match for the Invincible Mikey. Kiseki Tetta was provoking Mikey to take down Kazutora who stabbed Baji.
Mikey then went ahead to announce the brawl was over, but Hanma disagreed and challenged back. Mikey immediately unleashed another Nuclear Kick to his head, knocking him unconscious.
