In this game you take on the role of a mentally tormented artist, and must collect the tools needed to complete Magnum Opus. To do so you have to face your fears in several horror chapters.

In the 'Brush' chapter, the focus is on the story of the painter's daughter. This chapter features many spirit dolls named The Babydoll that can move whenever you don't see them. When you reach the end of this chapter, there is a scene where these horrible dolls go wild and add to the terror in this game.

3. Kiki, Chester, and Mister Tatters - Emily Wants to Play

As if one spirit doll wasn't enough, Emily Wants to Play features 3 terror-inducing dolls that can scare you into playing with them. In this game, you play as a pizza delivery man who delivers orders to a house filled with creepy dolls.

Each doll will appear randomly, and each plays a different game. If you fail the game with the doll, you will die. A porcelain doll named Kiki invites you into a staring contest, Chester tries to catch up with you, and Mister Tatters invites you into a deadly game of "Red Light, Green Light."

4. Azami - Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly

Fatal Frame 2 is one of the best horror games of all time, and it certainly features one of the scariest ghost dolls in any horror game. The doll has a tragedy of its origins. Azami is a young girl who died sacrificed by the ritual of twins in her village. Her twin sister, Akane, who survived the ritual, became depressed because of the loss of Azami.

Their father was a doll maker. He made a life-sized Azami doll to try to help Akane overcome her grief. Due to the great calamity in the village that killed the entire village, the spirit doll was cursed by an evil spirit. The Azami doll also wanders with the ghost of Akane and threatens the safety of the twins Mio and Mayu who are the protagonists of this game.

The Camera Obscura that is used as a weapon in this game can ward off Akane's ghost, but unfortunately the camera has no effect on Azami. You have to be able to guess which is Azami and which is Akane when fighting these twin ghosts, that's what makes this enemy very scary.

5. The Doll Woman and Her Doll - Condemned 2
