7 Facts About Ulti, the Adorable Yet Dangerous Tobi Roppo in One Piece!

Ulti is a member of Tobi Roppo, who recently appeared in the anime. Her devil fruit ability is one of the strongest among Tobi Roppo. On this occasion the author wants to share the facts about Ulti in One Piece. What are they? Take a look at the following list!

1. Spoiled

From the very beginning, we can see the spoiled nature of Ulti. This can be seen from the way she talks, especially to her younger brother, Page One who is also a fellow Tobi Roppo. Ulti always wants to be pampered by her brother. Even when running, Ulti asked to be carried by Page One because she was tired.

2. Loyal to Kaido

Ulti often calls Kaido without the suffix -san or -sama which means she doesn't respect him. Kaido himself didn't really mind it. Even so, Ulti is actually very loyal to Kaido. She gets angry when other people insult Kaido.

Ulti also did not accept Luffy's statement that he would become the Pirate King. According to Ulti, only Kaido is fit to be the Pirate King. Btw, she refers to Kaido as Kaido-sama when speaking to Luffy.

3. Devil Fruit

As a member of Tobi Roppo, Ulti has an  Ancient Zoan fruit. The fruit she ate was Ryu Ryu no Mi: Pachycephalosaurus. This fruit allows her to transform into pachycephalosaurus. Ulti can use the dinosaur form or hybrid form.

In her dinosaur form, Ulti has a very strong physique. She can crush her opponent’s head with a headbutt. In addition, Ulti also has much better resistance than ordinary Zoan users. She was still able to get up after being hit by Raimei Hakkei from Yamato.

4. Haki

Ulti is a user of Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku Haki. Her Busoshoku is clearly visible when she hardens her forehead to give a headbutt, even Luffy was unconscious after being hit by her attack. While her Kenbunshoku is seen when he can sense Luffy's Haki.

5. No Tattoos

All members of Tobi Roppo have tattoos, even Black Maria, another female Tobi Roppo. Ulti is the only Tobi Roppo that doesn’t have any tattoos.

Because of her cute face, Ulti is the most popular Tobi Roppo. This can be seen in the 7th One Piece character popularity poll. Ulti is in 56th position and she is Tobi Roppo who gets the highest votes.

7. Was Seen Without a Mask 

Ulti always wears a mask, even when fighting. But there is an error in chapter 1012 in the manga where Ulti is seen not wearing a mask. This error was fixed in comics volume 100.
