2. The Old Team 7 (Naruto and Sasuke)

The next moment of cooperation between Uzumaki and Uchiha was between Naruto and Sasuke. Despite being rivals, the two were still teammates in team 7 as seen in Naruto when they were both young. There were many moments of their cooperation, but the most iconic of course was against Zabuza and Haku.

Together with Sakura and Kakashi, they often carry out missions given by the Hokage. After the departure of Sasuke to find Orochimaru, Team 7 was made inactive. Team 7 reactivated after Sai came to replace Sasuke, as well as Yamato who replaced Kakashi.

3. Resurrected Akatsuki Members (Nagato and Itachi)

Even though they are both controlled by Edo Tensei, this is also the moment of teaming up between Uzumaki and Uchiha. Kabuto resurrected Nagato and Itachi (using Edo Tensei) to capture the last two Jinchuurikis, Naruto and Killer B. Although their consciousness was still intact, Itachi and Nagato's bodies moved according to Kabuto's will.

The second fight against Naruto and Killer B had occurred, but Itachi managed to free from the Edo Tensei and fought back against Nagato. Nagato hoped that he could be defeated because he had "repent". With the help of Itachi, Nagato was defeated and he immediately went to Kabuto's place to stop him.

4. Team 7 Reunion at Ninja World War (Naruto and Sasuke)

Naruto and Sasuke as the survivors of Uzumaki and Uchiha had been separated for a long time and there was no cooperation between them. But they reunited once again with Sakura in the Fourth Ninja World War.

The old team 7 worked together to fight Madara and Kaguya Otsutsuki, although, in the end, they fought again, for the last time. Their collaboration this time may be the most epic moment in Naruto Shippuden.

5. Best Friend Reunion to Fight the Otsutsukis (Naruto and Sasuke)

For this one, we’re gonna wrap it up into one point because there were four Otsutsukis who fought Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto and Sasuke teamed up to fight Momoshiki and Kinshiki in Boruto, on the other hand, Sasuke from the future, along with Boruto and young Naruto, fought against Urashiki.

Sasuke has fought Isshiki Otsutsuki twice, losing in the first battle and winning in the second. In the Boruto era, Sasuke's character changed greatly. His arrogance had completely gone. This time, he fought for Konoha and also to help his best friend, Naruto, who has become Hokage.

6. Karin and Sarada Team Up

Sarada was confused about her mother's real identity; she found a photo of Karin who looked like her at first glance. After being explained by Karin, Sarada was sure that Sakura is her real mother. Sarada and Karin's meeting took place and in the anime, there was a slight teaming up between the two.

In Jugo's storyline, we can see the cooperation between Sarada and Karin in a fight. Karin's physique does look more like Sarada than Sakura, so it's not strange if Sarada thought of Karin as her biological mother.

7. The New eam 7 (Boruto and Sarada)

Now the cooperation between Uzumaki and Uchiha continues in the new generation with a new Team 7. This time, the new Team 7 has offspring from both clans, the Uzumaki and Uchiha, namely Boruto Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha.

Unlike Naruto and Sasuke's turbulent early interactions, Boruto and Sarada are teammates who have good relations so that Uzumaki and Uchiha teaming up has gone smoothly so far. Just like their parents, Boruto inherited the Rasengan jutsu, while Sarada can use a technique that only the Uchiha clan possesses, the Sharingan.
