Talk no Jutsu can be said as Naruto Uzumaki’s strongest Jutsu in the entire series. By giving life lessons in the form of preach, he can turn a cruel and deadly villain who always did negative things into realizing their mistakes. But, it turns out not only Naruto who can launch this Jutsu!

7. Asura Otsutsuki

Chronologically, he was the first person suspected to use Talk no Jutsu. Realizing that he doesn’t have natural talents like his brother, Indra, Asura successfully developed many followers and friends during an exam to discover the successor of Ninshu teachings.

But his Talk no Jutsu is far from perfect; he failed to reassure Indra who gone mad because he wasn’t chosen to be Ninshu successor and forced to combine his and his friend’s strength to defeat his brother.

6. Hashirama Senju

Even though he’s rarely seen using Talk no Jutsu, according to his long story about the history of ninja and the founding of Konoha Village, for some time, Hashirama successfully made Sasuke holding his desire to destroy the ninja world as well as recruiting Orochimaru fighting Madara and Obito.

But like Asura, towards the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War, Sasuke turned to his dark side and wanted to create a total change -- revolution -- to the ninja world government by killing all Kages and Bijuus. 

5. Gaara

After Naruto ‘channeling,’ his Talk no Jutsu via a hard headbutt that stopped Shukaku’s berserk, Gaara’s nature changed 180 degrees. Not only that, when he’s appointed to be The Fourth Kazekage, Gaara even spread the teaching by stopping Sasuke’s attempt to kill all Kages during the Five Kage Summit at the Land of Iron (even though it failed).

Even so, his ability keeps on growing. When the Shinobi Alliance was seen don’t get along, via a short preach, Gaara successfully put the fire down that has been stored for a long time among troops.

4. Itachi Uchiha

Instead of using conventional preach, Itachi has a different power but the function is similar: Izanami, a genjutsu that traps the target in an endless memory loop until they realize their mistakes and changing their way of life.

3. Boruto Uzumaki

As a descendant of Naruto, it’s not surprising that Boruto also inherits his father’s technique. Even rarely seen, but the first example of using Talk no Jutsu occurred when he turned Sumire Kakei’s mind who wanted to destroy Konoha Village by using Nue.

2. Sasuke Uchiha

Unexpectedly, Sasuke also had a little ability to use Talk no Jutsu. It is seen when he made Orochimaru who previously wanted his body so badly to revive deceased Hokages to find an answer as well as make past Hokages to understand his ambition to destroy the ninja world.

1. Naruto Uzumaki

The first spot on this list is surely taken by Naruto; who used this technique since he faced Zabuza Momochi, Neji, Gaara, Nagato, Obito, to Sasuke.

Even in Boruto series, Naruto even can unleash Thousand Talk no Jutsu -- an improved Talk no Jutsu that can brainwash many people at once -- like Gaara. With a short preach, Naruto can distinguish Konoha people’s rage that provoked (and under the control of a genjutsu) by Byakuya Gang to do a revolt.
