9 Mysterious Characters in One Piece That Are Not Explained in the Impel Down Arc!

There are several characters in the Impel Down Arc in One Piece that have never been mentioned in the story! Are you curious?

One Piece Vivre Card Databook volume 9 explains new characters in the Impel Down arc that have never been explained before both in the anime or the manga. There are nine people which consists of prisoners and the Marine. Are you curious? Let’s check out the list below!

1. Akehende

Akehende is a pirate who was firing at the Impel Down prisoners who tried to escape from his ship. He suggested the prisoners to give up because the Gates of Justice wouldn’t open. It was also explained that his rank is Rear Admiral.

2. Usakkov

Usakkov is one of the prisoners in the level 5.5 at Impel Down. He was seen wearing a rabbit hoodie, sunglasses, mustache and dancing with Ivankov. When Inazuma was suffering from Magellan’s poison, Usakkov treated him with Ivankov until he recovered. He also survived the battle of Marine Ford and returned to the Kamabakka Kingdom together with Ivankov.

3. Tsunokkov

Tsukonnov is also one of the prisoners in the level 5.5 at Impel Down. He was seen wearing a reindeer costume and dancing with Ivankov. He fought side by side alongside Usakkov during his escape from Impel Down to Marine Ford. Until the end, he managed to survive and followed Ivankov to the Kamabakka Kingdom.

4. Francois

Just like Usakkov and Tsunokkov, Francois also a prisoner on level 5.5 at Impel Down. He appeared when Bon Clay woke up and offered to drink beer with him. Oda points out that he has a cool dragon tattoo on his arm. Until the end, Francois also survived.

5. Muchanaa

He is a medic at Impel Down who worked to make an antidote for Magellan’s poison. When Mr. 2 who disguised as Hannyabal asked him to cure Luffy, he thought it was useless.

6. Kinoko

He is a very tall prisoner from Level 5, he was in the same cell as Luffy. At Marine Ford, he was seen to be among Buggy’s man. It is highly possible that he decided to join the Buggy Pirates crew.

7. Kairo Kureyo

Unlike the other characters, he wasn’t able to survive because he was freezing to death in the level 5 prison at Impel Down. This one is more appropriate to be called insignificant character instead of mysterious.

8. Zotto

Zotto is a Marine who informed Momonga about the meeting between Kaido and Shanks. His position was revealed to be a lieutenant. There is no other information about him.

9. Dobby Ibadonbo

Dobby is a dangerous criminal that was imprisoned in level 6 at Impel Down. He was seen in the manga chapter 531 when Hancock visited Ace, Magellan was also there. He has a very threatening appearance, but his power is not explained.
