AKG Entertainment as the Pokémon Master Licensee and Official Distributor of the Pokémon Collectible Card Game officially released the latest series in Indonesia. The series titled "Ikatan Takdir" will be available starting Friday, April 18, 2025. At the Launch Event, Thursday (24/4), at CGV Grand Indonesia, Trainer and Pokémon cards in this series were also introduced. In the match, "Trainer Pokémon" cards from the same Trainer can strengthen the card deck and increase the player's chances of winning the match.

“There are six Trainers and their Pokémon released in the ‘Ikatan Takdir’ series. The six trainers are N, Lillie, Hop, Mistika, Marnie, and Steven. The featured card is Zoroark N ex (read: Trainer N’s Pokémon Zoroark) which has the ability to increase the number of cards in hand which can be a determining factor in winning a game. There is also Clefairy Lillie ex (read: Trainer Lilie’s Pokémon Clefairy) which is one of the mandatory cards in the competition because it can make it easier to fight one of the strong and popular card decks, namely Dragapult ex,” said Fachrul Amrullah, Head of Marketing at AKG Entertainment.

The “Ikatan Takdir” series also brings a new mechanism that makes the card deck more dynamic and competitive. This new mechanism allows players to use Trainer and Pokémon cards in developing their deck strategy. This mechanism has also begun to be implemented in official tournaments as an additional variation of the game, including in the Master Ball League and World Championship which will start in May.

The Pokémon Collectible Card Game series “Ikatan Takdir” has currently been released in three formats. The first format is the regular Booster Pack which can be purchased individually or in a box. The second format is the Collector Set containing one sheet of hologram Lycanroc Promo Card, 10 Booster Packs and one volume of Card List Book. The third format is the Special Set containing two Booster Packs and one sheet of Promo Card among a total of three types of cards.

The regular Booster Pack and Collector Set are available at various Pokémon Collectible Card Game sales channels, such as Toys Kingdom, Toys City, Gramedia, Kidz Station, and at various Local Game Stores. Meanwhile, the Special Set “Ikatan Takdir” can only be obtained at Indomaret minimarket chains throughout Indonesia.
