Bandai Namco recently announced that Project Sky Blue's online multiplayer RPG, Blue Protocol, will officially launch in Japan for PC on June 14, 2023. Despite the details of the release still waiting for further announcements, the pre-registration for Blue Protocol is currently available on the official website. 

As for its global release via Amazon Games, Bandai Namco announced that the global release of the game had to be postponed until 2024. This game was previously slated for a global release in the second half of 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Details regarding the game's global release will be announced at a later date.

Despite the delay, a new closed beta test for PC is scheduled for sometime this year. Players who pre-register will receive numerous perks, including in-game items that can be used when the service officially opens, as well as a Follow & Retweet campaign that offers players the chance to get the Battle Imagine item “B-Feste α” if the campaign reaches a total of 10,000 retweets. Once the target is met, each player will be given recipes and material items as part of the login bonus during the Start Dash Campaign which will start after the official launch.

Blue Protocol is an upcoming RPG in which players can explore a huge world and choose one of a total of five classes. Each class specializes in a specific role, from Aegis Fighter, Twin Striker, Blast Archer, Spellcaster, to Heavy Smasher. Every class comes with its own advantages and uses in a team. This game is also claimed to have unlimited customization options, starting from modifying the characters' outfit, armor sets, accessories, to mounts.
