During the audition, Jenna didn't have enough time to remove her horror make-up from the shoot due to her busy schedule. Jenna had to appear in the audition wearing her horror make-up, which caused Wednesday creator, Miles Millar, to say that Jenna Ortega reminded him of a silent film actress because she was able to convey something without words in their Zoom meeting.
