The first part of Honkai Star Rail 1.6 features Ruan Mei, a 5-star Ice-type character with the Path of Harmony in the "Floral Triptych" banner. For the first time, HoYoverse also released Xueyi as a 4-star character in this banner.

Who is Ruan Mei?

Ruan Mei is one of the founding members of Simulated Universe alongside Herta, Screwllum, and Stephen Lloyd. You also don't need to gacha Ruan Mei's Light Cone Signature, because LC Memories of The Past is also quite good and suitable for Ruan Mei as a Support character who needs high Break Effect. But for those of you who have more Stellar Jade, it doesn't matter if you want to gacha Ruan Mei's special Light Cone.
