In a video shared across RRQ’s official social media channels, head coach Khezcute openly explained the reasoning behind this choice.

He emphasized that the decision was intentional and aimed at giving both players the opportunity to prove themselves while addressing the team’s needs.

“Why Zunesh and Rezz? Because in my opinion, these two players are the best fit for Hoshi this season—especially in terms of fresh ideas and chemistry with the team,” said Khezcute.

“The difference between this season and last season might be the renewed spirit. With these additions, we now have seven players who are all starting the season together and getting equal opportunities. With a new patch and fresh ideas from the team, there’s definitely a new sense of motivation,” he added.
