This was revealed by Oda in SBS One Piece volume 91. A reader asked Oda if there were other devil fruit users in the Big Mom Pirates.

Oda also explained that a lot of Big Mom's children have eaten devil fruits. It's just that he can't mention one by one in the story because that would make the story not work. Oda advises curious readers to forget about this because he will never explain it.
