Baroque Works is a dark organization led by Mr. 0 or Crocodile who was still a Shichibukai. Interestingly, even though this group has faced off against the Straw Hats, some of them have actually helped Luffy. Who are the members of the Baroque Works that have worked with Luffy? Here's the list!

1. Galdino (Mr.3)

Galdino or what we know as Mr.3 is the main villain in the Little Garden arc. The man who eats the Doru Doru no Mi has the ability to create and manipulate candles according to his will. Without the help of his wax armor or the hypnotic technique of Miss Golden Week, Mr.3 is just a weak man who isn't good at fighting.

Sanji could beat him with just one kick. In Impel Down, Mr.3 had worked with Luffy to escape from Impel Down. He had time to coat Luffy's body with wax armor to beat the big warden. He also helped Luffy to free Ace from his handcuffs at Marineford.

2. Igaram (Mr.8)

Igaram is actually Vivi's servant in the Kingdom of Arabasta disguised as a Baroque Works agent to monitor and protect Vivi. As Mr. 8, Igaram also tried to harm Luffy and Zoro. Luckily, Zoro didn't kill him at that time.

Igaram also disappeared and was thought to be dead. But after that, he returned to Arabasta and reunited with Vivi. Igaram also once helped the Straw Hats in Arabasta. Igaram has a unique way of fighting, by hiding cannons in his attractive hair.

3. Nefertari Vivi (Miss Wednesday)

When she was first introduced, Vivi was a Baroque Works agent under the name Miss Wednesday. At that time, Vivi did not mind committing crimes, she even endangered Laboon's life. Vivi's gaze at the Straw Hats changed after they were together for a while.

Then, it was revealed that Vivi was actually the princess of the Arabasta Kingdom in disguise. The Straw Hats decided to help Vivi. At that time, she was already considered "nakama" by Luffy and the others. If Vivi didn't have a responsibility in the Kingdom of Arabasta, maybe she would have joined Luffy sailing.

4. Bentham (Mr.2)

Mr.2 is the reason why the civil war in Arabasta could happen. With his Mane Mane no Mi ability, Mr.2 can imitate the face of anyone he has touched. Thanks to that ability he can also spread slanders that has the potential to cause war. At the first meeting with Luffy, Mr.2 became friends with the Straw Hats after the latter was rescued.

In Arabasta, he came face to face with Sanji who has never met him. In Impel Down, Mr.2 repaid Luffy's kindness by saving his life, and they both considered each other friends. Without Mr.2, Luffy would have been poisoned to death because he wouldn't have been able to meet Ivankov.

5. Daz Bones (Mr.1)

Mr.1 was a tough opponent for Zoro. Zoro's sword ability was less formidable than Mr.1's iron body. Their fighting experience were also quite different. But due to Haki or Zoro's other abilities, his slash could penetrate Mr.1's iron body and defeat him. In Impel Down, Mr.1 teamed up with Luffy after Crocodile freed him from the cell.

They faced the guards to escape from Impel Down. Mr.1 also played an important role in Luffy's escape until he reached Marineford. Currently Mr.1 is following Crocodile and it seems they have formed a new organization.

6. Nico Robin (Miss All Sunday)

Do you still remember Robin when she was first shown? Yes, she is one of the Baroque Works agents under the name Miss All Sunday. Before becoming the Straw Hat crew, Robin had saved Luffy's life, who at that time had been buried in the sand by Crocodile. Either because Robin is interested in Luffy or she just wanted to use him to defeat Crocodile.

Robin has been a fugitive since she was very young. After Crocodile's defeat, she had nowhere to go back and decided to go with Luffy to sail as one of the Straw Hat crew. Robin has an important ability that Luffy needs to read poneglyphs because it is an important clue to get to Laugh Tale.

7. Crocodile (Mr.0)

Crocodile is the leader of Baroque Works and also the main antagonist in the Arabasta arc. We wouldn't have thought that later he would work with Luffy. After his defeat against Luffy, his Shichibukai title was revoked and he was sent to Impel Down.

In the Impel Down arc, he reuinted with Luffy and offered a cooperation. Crocodile said he could help him escape from Impel Down more easily.
