After getting an anime adaptation, Horimiya is also getting a live action adaptation and movie that will be released next year. There’ll be 7 episodes from the Horimiya drama series that starting to air on February 16, 2021 on MBS and TBS channel, while the movie will be released on February 5, 2021.

The movie will tell about the compilation of 3 first episodes with exclusives scenes. Miyamura will be played by Oji Suzuka, while Hori will be played by Sayu Kubota. The anime series will start on January 10, 2021. The drama will feature “Tomobishi” by Lamplight. Here’s the trailer video!

Horimiya tells about the youth of two school kids, Hori and Miya. Hori is a popular female student, but actually busy enough to take care of her family, while Miyamura is like any other ordinary boy, but turns out he’s a cute boy with a lot of piercings. What will happen if the students with contrast personalities meet each other?
