Shooting game is one of the popular genres nowadays. Games like PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, and CODM have proven to have many fans with each signature. In the meantime, the mobile shooting game will have another family member titled Area F2.

In its press release, Area F2 claimed themself as the first mobile shooting game to introduce Close-Quarters Battle (CQB) gameplay. The developer of the game said that CQB in Area F2 was designed to adopt innovative approaches to attack, as roofs and walls can be reinforced or destroyed.

In Area F2, players can choose one of 20+ elite agents, which inspired by special forces in real life. Using unique gadgets, players can lay down suppressing fire with machine guns, destroying walls using an explosive crossbow, to placing mines in each entry point. Players can also use spy gears like drones and monitors, as well as locking on targets and jamming the enemy's detection signals.

"You will be placed in the front line. That’ the effect we want to give in this revolutionary game” said Andy Wong as the Publishing Producer for Area F2. Wong added that the game will provide “real-time visual effects" akin to the real world, the game provides players with a visceral experience that rivals real footage of actual, real-life combat. 

In a glance, Area F2 surely looks like Multiplayer mode in CODM, but if we take a look closely, the game instead very similar to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege which will be released for various consoles. A few Youtuber even don’t hesitate to call this game "Rainbow Six Siege Mobile" due to the CQB system.

CQB is a real-life fighting technique. In military and police force, CQB is a fighting technique that consists of various techniques. Hence the name, this fighting style is often used in close combat, starting from 30 meters to hand-to-hand combat. In Area F2, those things applied to weapon usage, ammunition and kevlar during close quarter combat.

Public Beta Test For Area F2 Has Opened

If you are already curious to play this game, you don’t need to wait for any longer because, since April 17, the public beta test for Area F2 has been available for players in Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, and Brazil. In the Public Beta version, players can try a new different mobile shooting game before its global release at the end of 2020.

So far, the Public Beta test of Area F2 received a positive review. On Google Play, dated on Monday (20/4), the game is recorded to receive more than 500.000 downloads. On the Facebook page, the game itself received a rating of 4,8/5 from its players.
