An Olympic athlete from the United States, Payton Ottherdal, was spotted donning Franky's "SUPER" pose. He’s spotted right before entering the final match of shot put on August 5, 2021, in Tokyo, Japan.
Not only that but there's another athlete who was also spotted donning an anime pose. This time, it’s Miltiadis Tentoglou from Greece. This athlete was spotted donning Monkey D. Luffy’s Second Gear pose. This male long jump athlete managed to get a gold medal after imitating it. His pose and achievement received positive comments from netizens due to his power came from anime.
