To celebrate the upcoming Halloween that will occur at the end of this month cannot be missed by online video game developers. After PUBG Mobile and Free Fire announced a Halloween related exclusive event, the new king in a mobile shooting game, Call of Duty (CoD) Mobile, also announced a new event called “Halloween is Coming.”

Garena, as the publisher for CoD Mobile in Indonesia, announced this event via their official Facebook account on Saturday, October 19, 2019, yesterday. To enjoy this event, players must download an additional file for 83MB to update the game.

If you have downloaded the file, you can immediately experience the Halloween sensation in CoD Mobile. This seen from the lobby visual, which turns into night and decorated with Halloween-related ornaments like candles and pumpkins.

Not only the lobby, which has Halloween theme, the Standoff map which originated from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 also appears at night as well. This will make the battle in the Standoff map more challenging because enemies will be harder to spot.

Aside from the changing visual in the lobby and the Standoff map, CoD Mobile is also introducing various modes, features, and new battle crates that will be available during the event only. According to Garena, every new feature available in the game will spawn at different times.

One of the new features announced by Garena on this Monday is a new Operator Skill called Sparrow. This skill only available exclusively from October 21 to November 1, 2019. Which means you cannot obtain this skill after those dates.

There are also exclusive items like Halloween Outrider - Skeleton, AK 47 skin “Pumpkin Head” as well as other item sets that will available during the “Halloween is Coming”. There is also the Halloween Lucky Draw program that allows you to get all items within only 10x draws.

• In-game theme and music has been changed into Halloween version
• Standoff map will be spookier during the Halloween
• Battle Crate and Epic Exp Weapon Card login prizes after the update
• Get a free weapon after login in the Halloween weekend
• New Operator Skill Baru - Sparrow 
• New Special Mode - Hardpoint 
• New Class Battle Royale event - Airborne 
• Updates for weapon variations, items, and your character
• Event Tag Halloween Edition 
• New Scorestreak skill - Molotov Cocktail 

The “Halloween is Coming” update brings not only new features but also further weapon adjustments in CoD Mobile. These adjustments are available for Type 25 weapons, which until now the damage and the range reduced. Not only that, the firing performance during the Hip Fire position for Type 25 also adjusted.
