The Doflamingo Pirates are the main antagonists faced by the Straw Hats in the Dressrosa arc. Almost all the fighters are devil fruit users with a high bounty as well. 1. Dellinger

Dellinger is a half-human and fish-man who also fought in the Corrida Colosseum. Even though he doesn't eat a devil fruit, Dellinger has very sharp teeth and a very powerful kick. He was even able to finish off a Marine lieutenant disguised as a fighter in the Corrida Colosseum.

His bounty before being frozen was 15,000,000 Belly. After 10 years, it might have gone up quite a bit.

2. Gladius

Gladius is one of the most dangerous antagonists in the Dressrosa arc. When angry, Gladius makes his hat explode to pieces. 3. Senor Pink

With the power of the Sui Sui no Mi, Senor Pink can swim through the ground and walls.

His bounty was 58,000,000 Belly before being frozen.

4. Lao G

Lao G looks old and a short man and his bald head shows veins protruding from his head. However, he is actually a very strong fighter. He is one of the strongest fighters in the Corrida Colosseum. Although not the main villain, he once overwhelmed Kyros.

5. Pica

Pica is also one of the most dangerous antagonists in the Dressrosa arc. The ability of the Ishi Ishi no Mi that he mastered was able to make him a stone man. Unlike the other Doflamingo Pirates executives, Pica can become a giant as long as there are rocks around him. Since it's a Paramecia fruit, Pica can't produce stones, so he needs stones around him.

6. Diamante

Diamante is one of the executives of the Doflamingo family who ate the Hira Hira no Mi devil fruit, a Paramecia fruit that allows him to harden any cloth he touches. He can also make iron into cloth. With this power, he can change the form of the sword he has at will.

As seen in the fight against Kyros, Diamante is a dangerous fighter. Besides being able to make iron shields, he is also very cunning. If the opponent wasn't a fighter as strong as Kyros, they would have died against Diamante. His bounty was 99,000,000 Belly before being frozen.

7. Trebol

Trebol is also one of the Doflamingo family executives who ate the Beta Beta no Mi devil fruit. This Paramecia fruit makes a human slime because it can produce and turn itself into slime. The slime attached to an object can be used to destroy other objects by crashing into them.

10. Donquixote Doflamingo

Doflamingo was the mastermind behind the massacre of the Dressrosa people that occurred 20 years ago. The former Shichibukai ate the Ito Ito no Mi, a Paramecia devil fruit that gives him the ability to attack opponents or control someone with an invisible thread.

Doffy can split people's bodies easily if he wants to. In the Dressrosa arc, Doffy uses the terrible Torikago (Bird Cage) technique that can kill the entire town if he is not quickly defeated. In Impel Down,  Magellan tied both of Doflamingo's hands so he couldn't mess with his abilities. His bounty was 340,000,000 Belly before being frozen.
