Digimon Story: Time Stranger is the latest RPG game in the Digimon Story series scheduled for release on October 3, 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam). The game is developed by Media Vision and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.

In the game, players will take on the role of a member of the secret organization ADAMAS, tasked with investigating the collapse of the world due to time distortion. The story takes place in two parallel worlds; the human world and the Digital World Iliad, where Digimon live. Players will explore both worlds, completing special quests, and uncovering mysteries that threaten their existence.

Players can choose one of two protagonists, Dan Yuki (male) and Kanan Yuki (female). The character who is not selected will still play an active role in the story as an operator who gives instructions and advice from headquarters. In addition, Inori Misono, a high school girl with a mysterious past, will join the journey, accompanied by her Digimon partner, Aegiomon.

The game offers over 450 Digimon to collect, train, and evolve, making it the largest Digimon roster in the series. The evolution system includes various branches and features of DNA Digivolution, allowing combinations of Digimon to create more powerful forms.
