Recently, Matt Owen as the scriptwriter of One Piece Live Action had an online meeting with famous YouTuber on One Piece community like Rogersbase, Tekking101, King of Lightning, and the others. There are a few things that Matt talked about regarding this project.

First, Matt said that the entire cast is yet to be revealed. He also said that the hardest part of making One Piece Live Action a reality is inserting eastern cultures in One Piece in the west to be represented. Then, Matt also said that Eiichiro Oda wanted to meet him to discuss this series before another development.

There are three things that Matt focused on One Piece Live Action, they are comedy, touching story, and surprise for fans. Matt also added that One Piece Live Action Series will consist of 10 episodes and will adapt the East Blue Saga.
