Almost every team in the MPL ID Season 8 no longer sticks to a certain lineup, except for Rebellion Genflix, which only has a five-player roster. RRQ Hoshi, which has numerous star players also applies the same concept where the team constantly makes rotations to its lineup.

Skylar often replaces Xinnn, or Vynnn, Psychoo, and Clay who replace each other. Responding to the constant lineup changes, R7 revealed that he had no problem with the rotations. He even said that he prefers every player has the same game time.

"As for the roster, I have no problem with it. I prefer that everyone has the same (playing time), so, I don’t have to worry about (the lineup rotations). Meaning that every player shares the same amount of playing time, instead of having the same roster until the end of the tournament," R7 said.

According to him, every player has the potential to be able to play and get in the lineup, even if they’re a substitute player.

"I think, if the player works hard, he deserves (a chance to play), even if he’s a substitute player," R7 added.
