Besides Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, there is also a sequel game that focuses on building a city, namely Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. On its YouTube account, IGN uploaded a 28-minute gameplay video of Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising. Here's the video!

Here players will play as CJ, Garoo, and Isha to build the city of New Naveah. Unlike the previous series, Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is an action RPG. CJ is undergoing a ritual as a Scavenger, which leads him to New Naveah. It was there that Isha as the city's acting mayor offered him to search for treasure in the Runebarrows. Coincidentally, Garoo who was there was also looking for treasure.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising will release for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC at the end of March 2022. Meanwhile, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes will be released in 2023 later for the same device.
