Bounties, or bounty prices, are one of the fascinating things to discuss in One Piece. They signify the level or strength of a pirate. So far, Luffy has a bounty of 3 billion Berries and is recognized as a Yonko or Sea Emperor. But long before that, Luffy also had a low bounty.
