Item Build

Magic Shoes

For his first item, Rekt picked Magic Shoes. Aside from the additional Movement Speed, Magic Shoes also increases Cooldown Reduction by 10%, which is certainly useful for Angela to spam her skills in the early game.

Enchanted Talisman

As a hero who relies on her skills, Enchanted Talisman is a highly useful item for Angela to increase her Magic Power, Max HP, and Cooldown Reduction by 20%. On top of that, Enchanted Talisman also has a Passive that allows Angela to recover 15% of Mana every 10 seconds.

By having Enchanted Talisman, you don’t need to worry about running out of Mana while spamming her skills.

Necklace of Durance

Necklace of Durance is a perfect item for Support heroes like Angela as it reduces the enemy’s regen -- reducing the effectiveness of HP regen effects, such as lifesteal and heal.

Aside from that effect, Necklace of Durance also offers 60 Magic Power, 10% Magic Life Steal, and 5% Cooldown Reduction.

Ice Queen Wand

To maximize Angela’s CCs, Rekt picked Ice Queen Wand.

Ice Queen Wand offers 75 Magic Power; 10% Magic Lifesteal; 150 Mana; 7% Movement Speed; and a Passive that reduces the enemy’s Movement Speed by 30% when Angela manages to land a skill.

Glowing Wand

Glowing Wand is a highly useful Magic item for Angela as it has a Passive that inflicts burn damage on opponents. Therefore, Angela will have higher damage output.

Fleeting Time

It’s a perfect item for Angela as it offers 70 Magic Power and a 15% Cooldown Reduction. Fleeting Time also has a Passive that reduces Angela’s Ultimate’s cooldown by 30% when she gets a kill or an assist.
